1. In short
The website mecenasbiznesu.com does not use cookies or advertising tools. The only thing we save in your browser is your decision about visit statistics. We turn statistics (Umami) on only if you consent. External services – the sign-up form, the call calendar and payments – start only when you use them.

3. What we save in your browser
Cookies are small text files that websites save on a user's device; browser storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. Our website saves only one item there:

It contains only your choice (consent or no consent) and its date. It cannot be used to identify you.
4. Visit statistics (Umami) – only with your consent
In plain words: we count visits and clicks to learn which guides and pages are useful. We do not know who you are, we do not combine this data with any other information about you and we do not use it for advertising. Details below.
If you click “I agree”, the website loads the Umami script. It tells us which pages and materials are read most often, where visitors come from and which buttons work. Umami does not use cookies. It collects: addresses of the pages visited, the referring page, browser, operating system and device type, language, approximate location (country, region, city – determined from the IP address) and clicks on selected buttons (e.g. “Download”, “Buy”). It groups visits into sessions using a pseudonymous identifier derived from the IP address and browser data – without saving anything on your device. We do not combine this data with any other information about you.
We run the statistics in Umami Cloud, in the European Union region, and keep them for up to 6 months. Provider's terms: umami.is/privacy.
Without your consent the Umami script is not loaded and the website works exactly the same. You can withdraw your consent or change your decision at any time – with the button below or the “Statistics consent” link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of statistics collected before the withdrawal.

5. External services – only when you use them
- Sign-up forms (newsletter and free materials) – the form is part of our website. Your email address is sent to MailerLite, the operator of our newsletter, only after you click the submit button. Merely visiting the website does not connect to MailerLite.
- Call calendar (Calendly) – loads only after you click the button to book a call. From that moment Calendly may use its own cookies and similar technologies as described in the Calendly cookie notice.
- Payments (Przelewy24) – payment takes place on the Przelewy24 website, which uses its own cookies under its own terms.
- YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook – the website contains only plain links to these services; we do not embed their content or plugins. Once you go to a service, its own terms apply.
- Fonts – served from our own domain, without connecting to Google Fonts.
6. Server technical data
The website is delivered by our hosting provider (Netlify), which processes technical data with every visit, including the IP address and the address of the page visited – so that the page can be displayed and kept secure. The provider processes this data for as long as necessary for these purposes, under its own terms. This does not require saving anything on your device.
7. How to manage what is saved in your browser
You can change your decision about statistics with the button in section 4. You can also remove the saved item in your browser settings (clear site data) – we will then ask again on your next visit to the home page (on other pages, use the “Statistics consent” link in the footer). - Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1221) – Umami statistics only with your consent (section 1); remembering your decision as necessary to provide the service you request (section 3 point 2).
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent (visit statistics).
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest: delivering the website and keeping it secure (server technical data).
9. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We update this policy when the law or the way the website works changes. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last change is shown at the top.
